And be it further resolved, That the Comptroller be
and he is hereby directed to mail a copy of this reso-
lution to each of the Savings Banks mid such incor-
porated institutions a this State as may be affected
by this resolution at once, and shall keep records
thereof.
Mr. Carter, from the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 1(3, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery,"
sub-title "Infants," by adding six additional sections
thereto, to come in after section 62, and to be num-
bered respectively 62 A, 62 .B, 62 C, 62 D, 62 E and
62 F.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 27, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Crimes and Punishments," by adding a new sub-
title to be known as "Bawdy Houses and Houses of
111 Fame," and add a now section to be known as
"Section 16 A."
Which were severally read a second time, and or-
dered to be engrossed for a third reading.
Said resolution, as amended, was then read a second
time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows :
