Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 337, of
Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to add six additional
sections to Article 6, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Caroline County," sub-title "County
Treasurer," to follow section 68, and to be called 68
A, 68 B, 68 C, 68 D, 68 E and 68 F.
Which were severally read a first time, and referred
to the Committee on the Judiciary.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Burgess and Commissioners of Taneytown to make
a contract with any body corporate or joint stock
water company that may hereafter be formed in Taney-
town, for the supply of water to said town, and erec-
tion of fire-plugs or hydrants, and to levy taxes to
pay said company according to the terms of said con-
tract, and to provide for the submission of this Act to
the qualified voters of the town of Taneytown.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Carroll County Delegation.
