Mr. Wooters introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to provide for the collec-
tion of statistics regarding the mortgage indebtedness
secured by liens on agricultural lands in this State,
and to provide for the payment of the expenses in-
curred.

Committee on Ways and Means.
Mr. Moore introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments new section 106, of Article 33, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Elections.
Mr. McSherry introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 59, of Article 27, of the
Code of Public General Law's, title "Crimes and Pun-
ishments," sub-title "Destroying Property Malic-
iously," as enacted by the Act of 1890, chapter 498.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
On motion of Mr. Moore,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 7 and
8, Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled "Worcester and Wicomico Counties," sub-
title "Birds and Game," and re-enact the same with
amendments.
Being on its second reading, was re-committed to
the Wicomico County Delegation.
