To the State Senate and House of Delegates
of Maryland, Greetings
The Baltimore Federation of Labor, at their weekly
meeting, March 9th, 1892, unanimously resolved to
memorialize your Honorable Bodies in favor of the
"Weekly Pay Bill," now pending in the Legislature.
The above organization is composed of ski led and
unskilled labor, representing in the aggregate 43,000
wage earners, and as above signified, are unanimous in
their desire for the passage of the above bill.
