REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
Mr. Carter, from the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to give residents of Dor-
chester and Talbot counties, who may be charged with
the violation of any of the provisions of the Acts, the
right to be tried before a Justice of the Peace or the
Circuit Court of the county in which such offender
may reside.
Mr. Collins moved to commit the bill to the Talbot
and Dorchester County Delegations.
Which was rejected.
Mr. Miles moved to postpone further consideration
and make the bill the Order of the Day for Tuesday,
March 15th, at 12.30 P. M.
