Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Baltimore Union Passenger Railway Company and
to authorize and empower said corporation to consoli-
date with any other passenger railway company.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 72 to
88, inclusive, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Washington County," sub-title "Clear-
spring," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Washington County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 615, of
the Acts of 1890, entitled an Act to amend Article 13,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Harford
County," by adding additional sections thereto.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Harford County Delegation
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the County Commissioners of Somerset county to levy
for and pay to the Judges of the Orphans' Court of
Somerset county, the same mileage as now allowed to
the County Commissioners by the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland.

Somerset county delegation.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate certain
sums of money to pay the claims of the Man Construc-

money to the Maryland Society of the Sons of the
