to Bridget O'Donnell, widow of Matthew O'Donnell,
of sais county.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize, the Board of
County Commissioners of Talbot county to borrow
money.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town
of Aberdeen, in Harford county.
Severally endorsed: "Read the third time, and
passed by yeas and nays."
Also, returned,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore to provide conduits,
and require all telegraph, telephone, electric light or
other wires to be removed from the streets, lanes and
alleys of said city, and to provide for the appointment
of an electrical commission for said city.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with proposed amendments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
In first line of title of "bill," after the word
"Mayor," insert the words, "and City Council."
And also at end of first section add the following
words: ''Provided, however, that nothing contained
in this, Act shall be deemed or taken to modify or
change in any manner the provisions of Ordinance No.
41 of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, ap-
proved May 9th, 1889, or the rights and privileges
granted thereby to the companies therein named or
either of them."
