to issue his warrant upon the Treasury for sums with-
held from Garrett county, owing to not having been
able to keep open the county schools 7 1/2 months in each
year.

House bill entitled an Act to pay Chas. F. Rowe,
late collector of State taxes for Frederick county, for

the Sheriff, Justices of the Peace, and other Officers of

the General Assembly of Maryland, to certain be-
quests in the last will and testament and in the
codicils thereto of Susanna Warfield, deceased.
