of Talbot county, deceased, the sum of $44.29, taxes
paid in error into the State Treasury.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also, returned,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Caroline County to ap-
point an additional Constable for the First Election
District of said county.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also, returned,
House bill entitled an Act requiring the Comptroller
to issue his warrant upon the Treasury for sums with-
held from Garrett county, owing to not having been
able to keep open the county schools 7 1/2 months in each
year.
Endorsed : "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also, returned,
House bill entitled an Act to pay Chas. F. Rowe,
late collector of State taxes for Frederick county, for
the years 1888 and 1889, a sum of money f or taxes paid
in error into the State Treasury.
Endorsed : Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays,"
Also, returned,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the Sheriff, Justices of the Peace, and other Officers of
Calvert county, to pay over to the Treasurer for said
county all moneys collected for fines, etc.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also, returned,
House bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland, to certain be-
quests in the last will and testament and in the
codicils thereto of Susanna Warfield, deceased.
Endorsed : "Reported favorably from the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings (two-thirds of all the Sen-
ators concurring, rules suspended) and read the sec-
ond time, (two-thirds of all the Senators concurring,)
rules suspended, read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
