the following message :
Joint Resolution appointing a commission to inquire
into and report upon the Torrens System of Registry of
Land Titles.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with proposed amendment."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add at the close of Joint Resolution the following
words: "Provided, the said Commissioners named in
the above resolution shall serve without any compen-
sation."
