LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Cornthwaite,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill to repeal, amend and re-enact
section 36, of Article 16, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Chancery" sub title "Divorces."
On motion of Mr. Carter.
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to pay the
claim of J H. Medairy & Co., for stationery furnished
the Executive and Legislative Departments, Court of
Appeals and State Library for 1891 and 1892.
On motion of Mr. Field.
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to grant the
sanction and assent of the General Assembly to certain
bequests made by the last will and testament of James
Boyce.
On motion of Mr. Moore,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments new section 32, of Article 33, of the
Code of Public General Laws title "Elections," sub-
title "Registration," as enacted by the Act of 1890,
chapter 573.
On motion of Mr. Field,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments section 9, oi Article 52, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Justices of the Peace," sub-title "Civil Jurisdiction."
