Chapter 64. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 1, and to repeal section 11, of
chapter 383, of the Laws of Maryland passed at the
Session of 1890, entitled an Act to create a Treasurer
for Calvert county, and to provide for the collection
of taxes therein.
Chapter 65. An Act to repeal section 191, of Article-
22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Wash-
ington County," sub title "Hagerstown," and to re-
enact and amend the same.
Chapter 66. An Act to enable "The Board of Trus-
tees of Gaithersburg M. E. Church, in the United
States of America, of Montgomery County," a relig-
ious corporation incorporated under the general cor-
poration laws of the State of Maryland, to sell and
dispose of certain real estate owned by it in Gaithers-
burg, in said county.
Chapter 67. An Act to enlarge the powers of the
County Commissioners of Talbot county so as f o enable
them to issue bonds of the county for an amount suf-
ficient to raise a sum of money to take up and pay off
the bonds of the county issued on account of the sub-
scription of said county to the capital stock of the
Maryland and Delaware Railroad Company, and ma-
turing on the 1st day of April, 1892.
Chapter 68. An Act to declare the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland to certain bequests
and devises contained in the last will of Thomas S.
Beall, late of Anne Arundel county, deceased.
Chapter 69. An Act to amend the charter of the
Kennard Novelty Company of Baltimore city, recorded
October 30th, 1890, Liber 28, folio 351, of the charter
records of Baltimore city.
Chapter 71. An Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay the claims of the Commissioners of Charities
and Corrections in Frederick county.
Chapter 72, An Act to incorporate the Tabb and
Jenkins Hardware Company of Baltimore city.
