HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
The following Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, originating in the House of Delegates, were
presented to the Governor for his approval on Satur-
day, March 5th, A. D., 1892, at 11 o'clock, A. M.
Chapter 52. An Act to authorize and direct the
County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to
grant a pension to John I. Jones, of the 2d Election
District of said county.
Chapter 53 An Act to declare the sanction and con-
sent of the General Assembly of Maryland to certain
bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Barbara M. Beall, late of Anne Arundel county, de-
ceased.
Chapter 57. An Act to sanction the bequests of
Joshua Bruner, late of Frederick county, deceased, to
the Rev. E. R. Eschbach, and to the Evangelical Re-
formed Church of Frederick.
Chapter 58. An Act to provide for an additional
Justice of the Peace in 11th District of Baltimore
county.
Chapter 59. An Act to add a new section to Article
22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wash-
ington County," sub-title "Hagerstown," to follow
section 171 A.
Chapter 60. An Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay J. H. Medairy & Co., for printing the official
ballots of 1890 and 1891 November election, as pro-
vided for by sections 138 and 160, chapter 538, of the
Acts of 1890, and also for the registration books.
Chapter 61. An Act to incorporate the Elkton Elec-
tric Light and Power Company.
Chapter 63. An Act to regulate the compensation
of registration of voters in Carroll county.
