Governor of the State of Maryland to appoint an ad-
ditional Justice of the Peace for the First Precinct of
the Fourth Election District of Caroline county.
A bill entitled an Act authorizing and directing H,
Fillmore Lankford, Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Somerset county, to refund to George M. France the
sum of $48 for illegal fines paid by him, for alleged
violation of the local oyster law of Somerset county,
in the State of Maryland.
