Mr. Haines reported favorably, from a Select Com-
mittee,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 236, of
Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws of the
State of Maryland, relating to the city of Westminster,
in Carroll county, as amended by section 236, chapter
292, of the Acts of 1890, and to re-enact the same in an
amended form.

Mr. Anderson, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to enable Geo. W. Long,
Collector of State and county taxes of Somerset county
for the year 1888, to enforce payments of the taxes
not heaetofore collected by him.
Mr. Schlaffer, from, a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 3 and 10, of the Acts of
1890, chapter 384, entitled an Act to regulate the sale
of licenses for the sale of spirituous and fermented
liquors in Baltimore county.
