cinct. For these reasons your committee will recom-
mend the adoption of the following resolutions :
Resolved, That James G. Ireland and Emory F.
Lane, on the 3d day of November, 1891, were elected
members of the House of Delegates from Calvert county
for the term of two years from the first Wednesday in
January, 1892, and are entitled to the seats in the
House of Delegates from Calvert county filled by them
for said term.
Resolved, That the petition and memorial of Chas.
L. Dougherty and Tilghman W. Sparklin, asking to
have awarded to them the seats in the House of Dele-
gates now filled by James G. Ireland and Emory F.
Lane, be disallowed and their petitions dismissed.
Resolved, That James A. Gott, Julius I. Dalrymple
and Robert B. Griffith, on the 3d day of November,
1891, were elected Judges of the Orphans' Court of
Calvert county, for the term of four years, and are
entitled to their seats as Judges of the Orphans'
Court for said county now filled by them for said
term.
Resolved, That Thomas B. Turner, on the 3d day of
November, 1891, was elected Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Calvert county, for the term of six years,
and is entitled to the office of said clerk of said county
now filled by him for said term.
Resolved, That Charles S. Parran, on the 3d day of
November, 1891, was elected Register of Wills for
Calvert county for the term of six years, and is entitled
to the office of Register of Wills of said county now
filled by him for said term
Resolved, That the petitions and memorials of
Richard A. Bafford, Walter H. Allton and Samuel L.
Gibson, asking to have awarded to them the office of
Judges of the Orphans' Court of Calvert county, as
also the petition and memorial of B. B. D. Bond, ask-
ing to have awarded him the office of. Clerk to the Cir-
cuit Court of Calvert county, as also the petitions and
memorials of James C. Chaney, asking to have awarded
him the office of Register of Wills of Calvert county,
all of which said offices are now filled by the con-
