Collection of Taxes therein,
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to regulate the compen-
sation of registration voter in Carroll county.
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 191, of
Article 92, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Washington County," sub-title "Hagerstown," and
to re-enact and amend the same.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and yeas."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Com-
missioners of Easton to borrow a sum of money for
the payment of a certain debt due by said Commis-
sioners and hertofore contracted to meet the neces-
sary expenses of the town of Easton, to issue bonds
for the payment of the same, and to levy and collect
taxes for the redemption of said bonds aud the pay-
ment of interest thereon.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Talbot county to direct the Sheriff
of said county to employ all male persons physically
able to perform manual labor, who may be incarcerated
in the jail of said county.
Endorsed : "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 202.
203, 204 and 205, of Article 22, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, entitled "Washington County," sub-
title "Hagerstown," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
