Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the An-
napolis, Eastport and Bay Ridge Electric Rail and
Power Company of Anne Arundel county.
Mr. Tracey, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 68, of
Article 14, of the Code of Public Local Laws, volume
II, title "Howard County," sub-title "Ellicott City,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which were severally read a second time.
Mr. Schlaffer, reported favorably from a Select
Committee
House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Balti-
more County Gas Company.
Which was read a first time, and ordered to be
printed.
Mr. Hutchins, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section i, of
chapter 176, of the Acts of 1880, as said section is
codified in Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl," and in Article 17, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub title
"Wild Fowl," sail section being codified in Article 2,
as section 244, and in Article 17, as section 329, and
to re-enact the same with amendments to add a new
section to said Articles, to be designated as to Article
2, as section 244 A, and as to Article 17, to be designated
as section 329 A.
Which was read a first time.
Mr, Green, reported favorably from a Select Com-
mittee,
House bill entitled an Act authorizing and directing
H. Fillmore Lankford, Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Somerset county, to refund to George W. France the
sum of $48 for illegal fines paid by him for alleged
violations of the local option law of Somerset county,
in the State of Maryland.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Laird, from a Select Committee, reported,
