Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, from a Select Committee
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 to 27
inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Almshouse," and
to enact the following in lieu thereof, giving the com-
missioners of the county exclusive management of said
"Almshouse."
Mr. Bevard, from a Select Committee, reported
without recommendation,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 58, of Article 13, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford County," sub-title "County
Commissioners," and to add five additional sections
to said Article 13, relating to the number, term, elec-
tion and compensation of County Commissioners for
said county, to follow said section 58, and to be num-
bered 58 A, 58 B, 58 C, 58 D and 58 E.
