PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.
The Speaker laid before the House the following
communication:
BALTIMORE, February 25th, 1892.
DEAR SIR:—At the last regular meeting of District
Assembly 41, Knights of Labor, the following resolu-
tions were unanimously adopted, and I was ordered
to send you a copy thereof and respectfully request
you to present them to the Honorable Body over
which you preside, and to further request you to do
all in your power to have the laws of Maryland in
reference to printing, amended to conform to the spirit
of the resolutions.
