REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Collins, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Talbot County," sub-title "Oysters."
Which was read a first time.
The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
Senate bill entitled an Act to change a portion of
the dividing line between the 3d and 4th Election Dis-
tricts of Garrett county.
Which was read, and referred to the Garratt County
Delegation.
