Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore," to follow immediatly after
section 31, and to be called "Section 81 A."

of Laytonville, in Montgomery county.

county, in borrowing money to fully complete the
water works of said county.

and Common Council of the city of Westminster to
issue its bonds or certificates of indebtedness to the
amount not exceeding $15,000, for the purpose of
paving and mecadamizing the streets in said city.

the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to
