House bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to
certain bequests and devises contained in the last will
and testament of Thos. S. Beall, late of Anne Arundel
county, deceased.
Endorsed : "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to enable the Board of
Trustees of Gaithersburg Methodist Episcopal Church,
in the United States of America, of Montgomery
county, a religious corporation incorporated under
the General Corporation Laws of the State of Mary-
land, to sell and dispose of certain real estate owned
by it in Gaithersburg, in said county.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to

ment of Barbara M. Beall, late of Anne Arundel
€ounty, deceased.

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Young
Men's Republican Club of Cumberland, Md.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Allegany Delegation.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 16, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery,"
sub-title "Infants," by adding six additional sections
to come in after section 62, and to be numbered respec-
tively 62 A, 62 B, 62 C, 62 D, 62 E, 62 F.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
