HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
February 29th, 1892.
The following Acts of the General Assembly origi-
nating in the House of Delegates were this day, at 4
o'clock, P. M., presented to the Governor for his ap-
proval :
Chapter 40. An Act to repeal section two, section
three and section thirteen, of chapter 495, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January Session, 1892, entitled "An Act to incorpo-
rate the National Trust and Guarantee Company," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
Chapter 41. An Act to repeal and re enact with
amendments section 12, of Article 48, of the Code of
Public General Laws, titl- "Inspections," sub-title
"Tobacco," as the same were repealed and re-enacted
by the Acts of 1890, chapter 262.
