Public Local Laws, title "Somerset County," sub-
title "Oysters," Acts of 1890, chapter 269.
Mr. Hosken, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
House bill entitled an act to add an additional sec-
tion to the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Allegany County," sub-title "County Tax Col-
lector."
Mr. Franklin, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 25, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Worcester County," sub-title "Oysters and
Fish," to be known as section 171 A.
Mr. McSherry, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 55 to
89, inclusive, of Article 56, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Licenses," sub title "Spirituous or
Fermented Liquors by Retailers, Ordinary Keep,
Oyster Exchange Houses, and Penalties," so far as
the same applies to Frederick county, to add new sec-
tions to Article 11, Public Local Laws, title "Fred-
erick County," to be designated as sections 311 A, B,
C, D, E, F, G, H and I.
Also, favorably, from a Select Committee,
House bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Frederick County," sub-title "Intoxicating
Drinks," to follow section 311 A, 311 B, 311 C, 311 D,
311 E, 311 F, 311 G 311 H, relating to the sale of
spirituous and fermented liquors.
Mr. Johnson, from a Select Committee, reported
