LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Brennan,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Labor to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend Article one
hundred of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Work," by adding thereto a section to be known as
section five, providing for the weekly payment of
wages to employes.
On motion of Mr. Fuld,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitle 1 an Act to add to-
Article ten of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Attorneys at-Law and Attorneys in Fact," by adding
thereto a section to follow immediately after section
taree, and to be designated as section "3 A."
On motion of Mr, Brashears,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
two hundred and thirty of Article twenty-seven of
the Code of Public General Laws, titled "Obstructing
Railroads," sub-title "Railroad Obstructing," and re-
enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. O'Conor,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend the
Mechanic Lien Laws of the State of Maryland.
On motion of Mr. Beeks,
Leave was granted to the Cecil County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled An Act to repeal Sections
343, 344, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 350, 351, 352, 353,
354, 355, 356, 357, 358, 359 and 360 of Article eight of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Cecil County,"
sub-title "Warwick."
On motion of Mr. Carter,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act giving the sanction
of the General Assembly of Maryland to a bequest
of a legacy in the last will and testament of Ann
Cunningham, late of Baltimore city, deceased, in favor
of the Seaman's Union Bethel Society of Baltimore.
