Said bill was considered on second reading, and on
motion, made the Order of the Day for Wednesday,
March 2nd, at 1 P. M.
Mr. Carter, from the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to farther amend an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Passen-
ger Railway Company, and to enable the said company
to create capital stock and distribute the same among
shareholders.
Also, favorably, from same Committee,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Testamentary Law." sub-title "Wills," to fol-
low section 311, and to be known as "Section 311 A."
Which were severally read a second time, and or-
dered to be engrossed for a third reading.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 230 and
231, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "City of Baltimore." sub-title "Courts," relating
to court stenographers and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to prevent deception and
fraud by owners or agents who may have control of
any stallion, kept for service,, by proclaiming or pub-
lishing fraudulent or false pedigrees or records, and
to protect such owners or agents in the collection of
fees for services.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments thereto sections 247, 248 and 249, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title' 'Sabbath Break-
