Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 188, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County'," sub-title "Fur," as repealed
and re-enacted by the Act of 1890, chapter 308, and
to re-enact with amendments.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Carrico, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Charles county to issue bonds to
pay portion of bonded indebtedness of said county
under the Act of 1882, chapter 454, and to levy and
collect the necessary taxes for the payment of said
bonds.

favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Board of
County School Commissioners of Talbot county to
borrow money.
Mr. McSherry, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the M. J. Grove Lime Company of Frederick county.
Also, favorably, from a Select Committee,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Burgess
and Commissioners of Middletown, Frederick county,
Md., to issue bonds.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 38, of Article 8, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Cecil County," sub-
title "Birds and Game."
