Mr. Collins presented a resolution from Easton
Alliance No. 35, in favor of making the offices of Clerk
of the Court, Register of Wills and State's Attorney
for Talbot county, salaried offices.

ORDERS.
On motion of Mr. Hamilton, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Schlaffer be excused from atten-
dance on last night's and today's session of the
House.
On motion of Mr. Carter, it was
Ordered, That on and after Tuesday, March, 1st,
1892, being Tuesday next, this House shall sit each
evening at eight o'clock, Friday, Saturday and Tues-
day evenings excepted.
On motion of Mr. Fockler, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Haslup and Garrett be ex-
cused from yesterday evening's session, on account of
business.
On motion of Mr. Hill, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Perrie be excused from attend-
ance on last night's session of the House.
On motion of Mr. Bryan, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Bryan be excused from non-
attendance on Thursday and Friday's session of last
week and Tuesday evening's session, on acccount of
business.
On motion of Mr. Joyce, it was
Ordered, That the Committee on Corporations be
excused from attendance on to-morrow's session,
because of a visit of said Committee to Baltimore
city.
Mr. Brashears submitted the following order, viz :
Ordered, That Augustus Sewell and James N.
Goodwin be paid the sum of two dollars per day each,
for services rendered at heating apparatus in the State
House Annex for the month of February, 1892.
