The following Acts of the General Assembly, origi-
nating in the House of Delegates, were this 23d day
of February, A. D., 1892, at 10 o'clock, A. M., pre-
sented to the Governor for his approval :
Chap. 10. An Act to repeal section 122, of Article 4,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Bal-
timore," sub-title "Buildings," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
Chap. 18. An Act to repeal sections 20 and 33, of
Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Public Education," and to re-enact the same with
amendments
Chap. 19. An Act granting the sanction of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland to the gift of Elizabeth C.
Lane, of Washington county, to the Board of Home
aud Foreign Missions.

The House met at 12 M., and was opened with
prayer by the Rev. Mr. Day.
