Chapter 21. An Act to enlarge and extend the
powers and franchises of the Glyndon Permanent
Building Association of Baltimore county, so as to
enable it to make loans on promissory notes, and pur-
chase evidence of debt.
Chapter 22. An Act to repeal section 2, of chapter
35, of the Acts of Assembly of Maryland of 1858, enti-
tled an Act to incorporate the Maryland Club, passed
February 24th, 1858, and re-enact the same with
amendments.
Chapter 24. An Act to declare the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland to a devise contained
in the last will and testament of Harriett A. Hayden,
deceased.
Chapter 25. An Act to add one additional section
to Article 27, Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Crimes and Pupishments," sub-title "Embezzlement
of Property and Writings," to provide for the pun-
ishment of embezzlement.
Chapter 26. An Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's county to grant a pension
to Greenbury T. Baxter, of said county.
Chapter 27. An Act to empower the Commissioners
of Washington county to call in certain bonds of said
county and to issue other bonds.
Chapter 29. An Act to repeal Article 89, of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Statistics
and Information as to Branches of Industry," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
