Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 115,
116 and 117, of Article 8, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Cecil County," sub-title "County Com-
missioners."
Which was read a second time.

class 1, of section 14, of Article 23, Code of Public
General Laws, entitled ' Corporations," also sub-sec-
tion of section 42 of same Article, also section 47 of
same Article.
