The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
House bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 89, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Statistics and Information as to Branches of Indus-
try," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Endorsed: "Reported favorably from the Commit-
tee on Finance, read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays "
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, sec
tion 3 and section 13, of chapter 495, of the Acts of
the General Asseembly of Maryland, passed the Janu-
ary Session, 1882.
Endorsed: "Reported favorably from the Com-
mittee on Judicial Preceedings, read the third time,
and passed by yeas and nays."
