House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay to the Treasurer of the State Board of
Education the amount of sundry, bills paid by him for
repairs to the State Normal School.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Gov-
ernor to appoint delegates from the several Con-
gressional Districts of this State to the National
Road Congress or Convention, and to appropriate a
sum of money to pay the personal expenses of said
delegates.
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay Thomas and Evans for furnishing copies
and extracts of the election laws under section 138
and 160, chapter 538, of Acts of 1890.
Which were severally read a second time, and
ordered engrossed for a third reading.

The ecretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
Senate bill entitled an Act providing that no corpo-
ration be disbolved by decree of any court ot this
State until all taxes due the State shall be fully paid
or adjusted.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church in Chestertown and
the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church at
Bond Chappel to hold respectively one undivided
half part of four acres and one perch of land.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 188, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Far," as repealed
and re-enacted by the Act of 1890, chapter 308, and to
re-enact with amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to Dor-
