with amendments section 1, of chapter 589, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January Session, 1890, entitled "An Act to pro-
tect birds and game and prevent trespassing with dog
or gun on private property in Somerset county.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 305,
306, 307, 308, 309, of Article 4, of the Public Local
Laws of the State of Maryland, title "City of Balti-
more," sub-title "Fines and Forfeitures," and to re-
