ORDER OF THE DAY.
The hour of 12,30 having arrived, the House consid-
ered the order of the day. being the motion of Mr.
Brennan of February 12th, to substitute House bill
(No. 40) known as the "Weekly Pay Bill" for the
unfavorable report of the Committee on Labor.
Which motion prevailed.
Said bill was then read a first time.

SECOND ORDER OF THE DAY.
The House considered the second order of the day
being the following order heretofore made the order
of the day for 1P.M. to-day, viz :
Ordered, That the State Printer be and is hereby
authorized and directed to print and bind for the use
of the State, ten thousand copies of the report pre-
pared by the Commissioner of the Land Office on
Maryland's resources, in accordance with section 1, of
Article 79, of the Code of Public General Laws
Mr Brash ears submitted the following proposed
amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
And it is further ordered, That the State Printer
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to fur-
nish each Board of County Commissioners of this
State with 100 copies of said report, to be disposed of
or circulated by them under the direction of the
County Grangers and County Alliances of the several
counties, and all expenses to be paid by the commis-
sioners of said county.
On motion of Mr. McSherry,
The order together with the proposed amendment,
was committed to the Committee on Printing.
