On motion of Mr. Sams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add a new
section to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "City of Baltimore," to follow section 212 and to
be designated as "Section 212 A."
On motion of Mr. Fockler,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 123, of Article
22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wash-
ington County," sub-title ''Public Elections."
On motion of Mr. Smith,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 122, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title-
" Washington County," sub-title "Hagerstown," and
to re-enact the same with amendments, and add new
sections to said Article 22, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub title
"Hagerstown," to follow section 171 of said Article,
and to be known as section 171 B, 171 C and 171 D, of
said Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Washinton County," sub-title "Hagerstown."
On motion of Mr. Hosken,
Leave was granted to the Allegany County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an
additional section to Article 1, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County,"
sub-title "County Tax Collectors," said section to be
numbered 43 A, and to follow immediately after sec-
tion 43 of said Article.
On motion of Mr. Sams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled an
Act to repeal section 20, 20 A, of Article 72, Code
Public General Laws, title "Oysters," and to re enact
in lieu thereof the following law, to cause oysters in
Maryland to be culled on their natural beds or bars
