HOUSE OF DELEGATES.
February 12th, 1892.
The following Act of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, originating in the House of Delegates, was this
day, at 2.40 o'clock, P. M., presented to the Governor
for his approval:
Chapter 12. An Act to repeal section 95, of Article
33, of the Code of Public General Laws, 'title ''Elec-
tions," sub-title "Contested Elections," and re-enact
the same with amendments, and to insert an additional
section to said Article to follow after section 95, to be
known as "Section 95 A," and to further regulate the
trial of contested elections in the courts of this State,
