House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 1, of chapter 589, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January Session, 1890, entitled "An Act to protect
birds and game and prevent trespassing with dog or
gun on private property in Somerset county.

Mr. Smith, of Washington county, reported favora-
bly,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 485, of
the Acts of 1890, to incorporate a company to con-
struct a turnpike road from Hagerstown to Sharps-
burg, and re-enact with amendments.
Which was read a second time.
The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 95, of
Article 33, Code of Public General Laws, title "Con-
tested Elections," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to insert an additional section to said
Article, to follow section 95, to be known as section
95 A, and to further regulate the trial of contested
elections in the courts of this State.
Endorsed: "Read a third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 188 to
217, inclusive, of Article 3, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-title
"Roads," and to enact new sections in lieu thereof.
