with amendments section 12, of Article 58, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Inspections," subtitle
"Tobacco," as repealed and re-enacted by the Acts of
1890, of chapter 262.
Was ' read a second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading

The following Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, originating in the House of Delegates, was
this day, at 10 o'clock, A. M., presented to the Gov-
ernor for his approval.
Chapter 8. An Act to repeal sections 157, 160, 163,
164, 166 and 174, of Article 11, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County,"
sub-title "Frederick," relating to the Mayor and
Aldermen of Frederick, and to re-enact said sections
with amendments.
