reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
with amendments section 653 B, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub title
"Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," as enacted by
chapter 343 of the Acts of 1890.
Said bill was then read a second time.

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Deen, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to ratify, confirm and
approve the Act entitled an Act to authorize and
enable the County Commissioners of Caroline county
to aid the Delaware and Chesapeake Railway in the
construction of the Branch Railroad authorized by
chapter 260, of the Acts of 1886, by issuing bonds of
the county to the amount of 60,000, for the purpose
of raising money to be expended in such construction,
and to levy a tax on the taxable property of said
county lor the payment of the interest and principal
of said bonds, as authorized by chapter 390 of the
Acts of 1890.

Mr. Leonard, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to enlarge the powers of
the County Commissioners of Talbot county, so as to
enable them to issue bonds of the county for an
amount sufficient to raise a sum of money to take up
and pay off the bonds of county issued on account of
the subscription by Talbot county to the capital
stock of the Maryland and Delaware Railroad Com-
pany maturing May 1st, 1892.

orably,
House bill entitled an Act to regulate the compen-
sation of the officers of registration in Carroll county.
