LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Maddox,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to sanction the de-
vise by Sarah Ann Taylor, late of Charles county, of
certain real estate to the Vestry of Durham Parish of
the Protestant Episcopal Church of said county.
On motion of Mr, Hutchins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
the State Live Stock Sanitary Board to pay Richard
E. Gott, of Anne Arundel county, a sum of money f or
a horse killed infected with glanders, out of the sum
appropriated by chapter 452, of the Acts of 1890, for
salaries and expenses of veterinary inspectors, and
appraised value of animals or buildings destroyed to
prevent the spread of infectious or contagious diseases
among live stock.

On motion of Mr. Hayward,
Leave was granted to the Harford County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
the County Commissioners of Harford county to
grant a pension to Bridget O'Donnell.
On motion of Mr. Bra shears,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to provide
for the improvements of the State House grounds.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum
of money to pay William H. Taylor for services
rendered the House of Delegates as Flag Hoister,
Robert Bellis as Assistant Postmaster and Benjamin
Sevier as Keeper of Cloak Rooms.
