Mr. Combs, from the Committee on Federal Rela-
tions, reported favorably,
House Joint Resolution requesting and directing
the Senators and Representatives of the State of Mary-
land, in the Congress of the United States, to use
their best efforts for the passage of a bill transferring
the Revenue Marine Service fiom the Treasury De-
partment to the Navy Department of the United
States.
