ORDERS.
On. motion of Mr. Thompson, it was
Ordered, That one thousand copies of the report of
the Commander of the State Fishery Force be printed
for the use of this House, cost not to exceed one hun-
dred and fifty dollars.
Which was referred to the Committee on Printing
with instructions to report speedily.
On motion of Mr. Bevard, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Hayward be excused from to-
day's session, on account of important business.
On motion of Mr. Moore, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Laws be excused irom to-day's
session.
On motion of Mr. Gaver; it was
Ordered, That Mr, Sappington, of Frederick, be
excused from to-day's session, on account of important
business.
On motion of Mr. Cornthwaite, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Sanders be excused from attend-
ing to-day's session, on account of important business.
On motion of Mr. Hosken, it was
Ordered. That Mr. Barber be excused on to-day's
session, on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, it was
Oidered, That Mr. Canby be excused from to-day's
session, on account of sickness in his family, and Mr.
Laird on account of important business.
On motion of Mr. Maddox, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Carrico and Johnson be ex-
cused from attendance on to-day's session, on account
of important business.
On motion of Mr. Wilkinson, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Hayman be excused from to
day's session, on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Grove, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Kirk and Beek be excused
from to-day's session.
