Senate bill entitled an Act to pay John Waters for
work done under contract with the Board of Public
Works on Tobacco Warehouses Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Mr. Carter, from the Committee on Judiciary, re-
ported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 20 and
23 of Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, entitled "Public Education," and to
re-enact the same.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland
to certain bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Barbara M. Beall, late of Anne Arundel
county, deceased.

Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 334, of Article 93, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary
Law," sub-title "Wills."

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the ap-
pointment of arbitrators to ascertain and fix the true
boundary between the States of Maryland and West
Virginia, and to aathorize the Attorney-General to
dismiss the suit now pending in the Supreme Court of
the United States.

Also, reported back to the House,
Senate bill entitled an Act to limit the session of
the Grand Jury in Baltimore county.
With suggestion that said bill be referred to the
Baltimore County Delegation.
