Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend the
charter of the Kennard Novelty Company of Balti-
more city, recorded October 30th. 1890, liber 28, folio
351, of the Charter Records of Baltimore city.
On motion of Mr. Field,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to give and grant
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to sundry legacies and bequests of Mary
Michael, late of Baltimore city, deceased, for the use
of sundry religious and charitable purposes.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 19,
of Article 9, of the Code of Public General Laws, Title
"Attachments," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Also,
Leave was g anted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments new section one hundred and
thirty-seven (137), of Article 33, of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Elections," as en-
acted by the Act of 1890, chapter 538.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 4, of Article 33, of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Elections,"
sub-title "Registration."
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments new section 145. of Article 38, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Elections," as enacted by the Act of 1890, chapter
538.
