ent appointment of road supervisors shall cease and
terminate.

"Section. 107. And be it enacted, That any super-
visor shall be subject to removal by the County Com-
missioners for neglect or refusal to comply with the
duties of his office ; provided, that notice of the charge
be given to him and he have an opportunity to appear
and answer the same; and if any supervisor shall
resign or be removed, his place shall be filled by the
County Commissioners immediately thereafter.
"Section 108. And be it enacted, That the County
Commissioners shall keep a record book for each dis-
trict, in which shall be recorded all the roads of said
