House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the City Savings Bank of Baltimore city, formerly
the Peabody Savings Institution of Baltimore city, in
respect to its directors and to amend the powers of
said corporation.

House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," under a new sub-title to be
called sub-title "Oysters," and to be known as section
704 A, relating to the licensing of measurers of oysters
in the city of Baltimore and their compensation.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a certain
sum of money to meet the expenses of an extra session
of the Senate of Maryland to confirm certain Execu-
tive appointments.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money for the purchase of an iron safe for the Execu-
tive Department, of new registration books for Balti-
more city and for having printed pamphlet copies, of
the election laws of Maryland.
Severally endorsed: "Read the third time, and
passed by yeas and nays."
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 104,
105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 115 and 116,
of Article 14, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Howard County," sub-title "Roads," and to enact
the following in lieu thereof.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with proposed amendments."

Strike out all after the words "A bill entitled an
Act to repeal section 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110.
111, 112, 113, 115 and 116, of Article 14, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Howard County,' sub-
title 'Roads,' and to add an additional section-
thereto to follow 119, and to be known as 119
A, and to enact the following in lieu thereof: 'And sub-
mitting the same to the voters of the several election.
