House bill entitled an Act for the relief of the
Hagerstown Seminary and to appropriate money for
the same and provide for the education and board of
three scholars from each of the following counties:
Garrett, Allegany, Washington, Frederick and Mont-
gomery.

In section 1, line 4, strike out the word "three"
and insert in lieu thereof the word "one;" in same
section and same line strike out the figures "$3,000
