House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay W, B. Usilton and others, for publish-
ing the Governor's Proclamation after the election,
announcing the result of the voting f or and against the
Constitutional Amendments.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with proposed amendment:"
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 1, line 40, after the word "Republican,"
insert the words "'and for forty-eight dollars in favor
of P. S. Smith, of the Worcester county Shield, and
for forty-eight dollars in favor of F. Raine, of the
Correspondent.''

measures of oysters in the City of Baltimore the
license fees paid by them to the Clerk of the Court
Common of Pleas of Baltimore city, in the years 1888,
1889, 1890, 1891 and 1892.
