suspended, read the third time, and passed by yeas

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out the word "three," in line 12 of said bill,
and insert in lieu thereof the word "twelve," and add
to the end of section 9 the words, "provided that in
the city of Baltimore the said suits may be brought
within three months from the date of such letters."
